Background:

During law school, Lawrence clerked for a Chicago estate planning firm where he assisted in the preparation of sophisticated estate plans and tax planning techniques. After law school, he joined the tax practice of KPMG LLP, a Big Four public accounting firm. At KPMG, Lawrence focused his practice on complex tax planning and audit controversy services for large multinational corporations, partnerships and trusts. Lawrence was selected as a lead Senior Associate in the state tax audit defense practice where he represented clients in state tax audits, negotiations and settlements.

As a CPA and attorney, Lawrence’s experience and knowledge provide his clients with sound advice from a legal, tax and accounting perspective.
